Project Proposal

I am interested in this particular topic because I do enjoy cooking and I feel as though cooking brings people together so well. It is a fun task that anyone can jump and do. It is also an interest of mine because I have never created any sort of book before so I think a cook book would be really fun to put together. I am hoping to not necessarily answer questions but broaden some peoples mind on Italian recipes and how to prepare them and make a traditional meal. I chose Italian food because not only is it the most favorite of my families but my family is Italian so as a kid I grew up making a lot of pasta and homemade sauces and breads and spices. I will need to research how many people all over prepare Italian food at least once a week. I’ll need to take a survey. The expert would be my mother she is the greatest cook I know. She has all the information I need in her head for any recipes that I don’t recall. My action plan is to first create the actual cook and make it decorative and then actually go in and put the recipes and add what memories they bring no matter good or bad. I want to create the most original and traditional cook there is for Italian food. I prefer almost all the recipes to be made from scratch and to be very different. Everything will come into play once I select which recipes I would like to share with everyone.
