05/02/16 Weekly Reflection

I do have an interview yet because I am still uncertain on what to ask, I need to think a very likeable list of questions. The questions will need to be very specific due to the fact that it is on food and that the food has to be able to ask questions on. Everyone will need a clear understanding of what type of work goes into the food they are eating it is all very essential.
Although it is hard to explain it makes all the sense in the world and eventually everyone will learn to appreciate the food they are lucky enough to have tasted just by explaining it more.

04/25/16 Weekly Reflection

In hopes I do finish my project it will be the greatest cook book you have ever witnessed in your life. It will have everything on Italian food that you can imagine. It will be tasteful and vibrant. It will be the cook book of the year. Everyone will love it.
However, it is not finished yet and won't be finished until I use absolutely ever ounce of time that I have. I need to make it colorful and standout. I need fancy font and organized directions and I need photos and I need signatures for the people that made it possible.

04/18/2016 Weekly Reflection

I have been asking my mom about what she does or what she thinks about when she comes up with a new sauce or a new season to put over the food she makes or a new filling for dessert for that matter. She tells me things like it just comes to her whenever she decides to cook she is always thinking of new things. She doesn't like to eat the same thing over and over again. Our family loves change. We all love for our taste buds to experience something new.
She tells me that all her recipes she had makes come from the heart and the head. You have to put a little soul into your food or else it doesn't represent you and it is not very good. She tells me if you can make it from scratch is when it tastes the best. Fresh is better even if it takes a little longer you will feel better about what you put on the table if it is made with love.
